The International Safety Management (ISM) and International Security Codes (ISPS) ensure that standards are met.

For commercial yachts operating under International Maritime Organization (IMO) guidelines, we help develop and implement on-board processes to comply with international regulations.

Although only commercial vessels must comply with the new Maritime Labour Convention, known as MLC2006, we recommend that private yachts voluntarily implement the new regulations.

As every ship is different, together with the captain and crew, we adapt the requirements to the specific needs of your yacht.
